Peter Kutin is a Vienna-based composer and sound artist known for his experimental scores and immersive sound designs across film, performance, and installation. He has received several international honors, including the Golden Nica at Prix Ars Electronica and the Austrian Film Award for Best Sound Design. His credits include The Trouble with Being Born (Sandra Wollner, 2020 - Special Jury Award in the Encounters Section of the Berlinale, First Steps Award) and Militantropos (Tabor Collective, 2025), which premiered in Directors’ Fortnight at the Cannes Film Festival.

MAIIJA is a project by Austrian musician and composer Marilies Jagsch, who merges experimental pop, intimate songwriting and electronic textures into a distinctive sonic world. The project began in collaboration with producer Peter Paul Aufreiter and has since evolved through various artistic partnerships and disciplines. In addition to her solo project, Jagsch regularly collaborates with the performance group Saint Genet (Vienna/Seattle). Her upcoming album WHAT IF features Schimmer’s end credit song.

Andreas Karl is a Vienna-based composer, writer and dramaturg working across film, performance and contemporary music theatre. His practice explores translation, ecological trauma and the relationships between sound and language. His longstanding collaboration with artist duo hoelb/hoeb addresses grief, illness and care. He has worked as assistant to composer Beat Furrer and co-founded the vocal ensemble Cantando Admont. For Shimmer, he collaborates with Michael Poetschko on the film’s choral music.

Manaho Shimokawa is a Vienna-based Japanese performer and choreographer. Her interdisciplinary work blends dance, theatre, and film, with performances across Europe and Asia. She has worked with choreographer Michael Turinsky, visual artists like Xenia Hausner and Michael Poetschko, and musical acts including Incubus and Sofa Surfers.

Rainer Kohlberger is a Berlin-based visual artist and filmmaker whose work explores algorithmic abstraction and the perceptual edges of cinema. Using generative processes, he creates immersive experiences that dissolve the boundaries between image, sound and code. His films have screened internationally at major festivals, including the Berlinale and the International Film Festival Rotterdam.

Robert Muntean is an Austrian artist known for his expressive, layered compositions that explore the boundaries between abstraction and figuration. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna and later at the Academy of Fine Arts in Leipzig. Muntean’s work is characterized by dynamic brushstrokes, complex color fields, and a philosophical engagement with memory, music, and perception. His paintings have been shown internationally, including at the Venice Biennale and the Kunsthalle Krems, and he is recognized for his unique approach to contemporary painting.
